From a very young age, with a love of doodling, Ken Tucker always knew he had the innate ability to draw.
Ken’s Secondary school education at The Scot’s School, Bathurst exposed Ken to the art practice of former student, Brett Whitely and hence an interest in art as a career.
Over the course of the last 40 years, a committed immersion in his art practice, along with drawing inspiration from the likes of Whitely, Olsen, Streeton & Eliot Gruner, Ken has carved himself a destiny of being a respected, well known, & successful professional artist.
Ken states, “ Art is personal, a self-driven journey to share beauty of surrounds, concepts, history in the making, memories; the multiple environments that connect an artist to place, time, influences.
Through decades of Exhibitions; “Awards” winning recognition; the creating of highly sought after unique commissioned art pieces for individuals and the Corporate world; Ken relishes his career choice where daily in his Studio he can continue to share his passion to create.
